About Us

Hello, my name is Chase Hite, owner of Pure Wash Solutions in Dayton, Ohio. Growing up in Dayton and graduating from Northmont High School in 2009, I have a deep connection to this community. My journey into pressure washing began during my time working for a landscaping company, where I found immense satisfaction in cleaning equipment with a power washer. It didn’t feel like work to me—it felt like a passion. Inspired by this love for cleaning and encouraged by my dad, I decided to start my own pressure washing business.

At Pure Wash Solutions, we believe that customer service and building strong relationships are just as important as the cleaning itself. We treat our customers like family and take care of their homes as if they were our own. Our goal is to ensure that every experience with us is simple, stress-free, and pleasant from start to finish. We achieve this by staying up-to-date with the latest industry techniques and equipment, and by using state-of-the-art software to make scheduling and communication as easy as a click of a button.

With over five years in the industry, I’ve dedicated myself to continuous learning through resources like YouTube, PWNA, and Power Washing Academy. This commitment to education helps us provide top-notch service and long-term care for our customers. We focus on professionalism, clear communication, and respect for your property, including taking steps to protect plants, outdoor furniture, and landscaping during our cleaning processes.

One of my favorite parts of this job is seeing the dramatic before and after results. It’s incredibly satisfying to restore a property’s appearance and make it look as good as new. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fitness activities, gardening, and spending time outdoors.

I love the city of Dayton and its strong support for small businesses. The community here is wonderful, with great school districts and a welcoming atmosphere. Starting Pure Wash Solutions has been my way of giving back to this amazing city by helping keep our neighborhoods clean and beautiful while providing a friendly and stress-free experience for all our customers.
